Privacy notice

To be filled in the administration: the full name of the organisation, its company number, registered address and the e-mail address where data requests are handled. Without these the reader cannot tell whom to contact.

When you write to us through the form on the Contact page, we store your name, e-mail address, phone number if you fill it in, and the text of the message. We use them only to reply to you; we pass them on to no one and use them for nothing else.

The messages are visible to the website administrators. Older messages are deleted automatically – fill in after how long (set in the application by the Messages:KeepMonths option, two years by default).

For the newsletter we store only your e-mail address and the language you signed up in. You confirm the sign-up through a link in an e-mail, so nobody can subscribe you without your knowledge. Every message contains an unsubscribe link and you can also unsubscribe by writing to our e-mail address.

The website itself stores only what it cannot work without: your choice of language and your answer to the consent bar. A login cookie is created only for administrators.

We measure visits only when measurement is switched on in the website settings – and with a tool that uses cookies only after you agree. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the cookies in your browser.

You can ask what data we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, and object to their processing. Just write to the organisation’s contact e-mail. If you believe we handle your data badly, you can turn to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
